How much players can a manager keep in his team?

Ok guys, here is the poll which will decide the number of the players to be kept by the managers for the next season. Managers have different views so i decided to add a poll and the highest number of votes to any option will be finalized.

After the voting result, i don't want the managers to keep complaining about the decision.

Agreed. How about using randomizer for one best player from each team? I mean the BEST player acc. to stats from each team are picked and they are allocated just like Euro teams were allocated.
 
it will be unfair to those managers who used a lot of time in making their teams in Season 1. I am giving this players selection advantage for the lower end managers to make their team balanced.

Also remember that 8 teams will be disbanded from season 1 and all their players will also be available for auction or draft so a lot of players to improve the low end teams.

If i start from start with all new teams then again some managers will get better players and others will complaint so this all stuff will be useless and we will be required to start from start every season.

Please vote from the above options and it will be finalized.

Exactly, Put all the players on the free transfer list.

allow the lower end managers early access to those players, before teams like RM, Pirates, HPL, Real Fortis, Matchfixers, Entertainers get a pick.

That way the lower end managers will get first choice on the better players.

Is there a chance that the lower teams will get 2-3 picks each before the Higher teams get a pick?
 
Are we talking about having a draft? A draft is going to take forever in PPFMC. 16 different people picking from more than 100 players? Maybe 150 players?
 
I will be sacked as well bcoz 8 teams will be disbanded! :(

There goes up the aspiration of winning Euro a touch higher!

This season i am introducing a PP assistant manager. So you can be an assistant manager of any of the team and after his sack you can take control.

It is on the main managers to add their PP assistant managers.

How are you going to decide the 16-18 managers for next season? Have a thread and whoever posts I'm in first? or Top 16 from the league? or the most active ones? or the ones who don't have a strike? haven't been sacked?

some managers were sacked during the last days of 1st season and those teams who were without PP managers at the end of the season will be disbanded.

I will check the teams completely and then will tell you who is in and who is out.

for example iHammad, sully and some others got 3 strikes and their teams were without a PP manager by the end of the season.
i resigned from my team. Pakiboy was sacked by his board and some other teams also were without a PP manager.

So Los Galacticos, Red knights, Trail Blazers, Norwegian Mafiosos, Striking Assassins and some other teams which i will found later will be disbanded. i think i have to remove one or two manager to make it 16 and the managers with bad record in season 1 will be the last to leave the teams and their teams will be disbanded..
 
Poll result is 3 each to 1st and 3rd option. If there is a tie at the end then my vote will be the decider.

I voted 12-14, however 10-12 is also fine

Tbh (and no offence) the friends who flopped with their teams will want a mew team but what about those who worked hard in building their team? Otherwise season 1 is a complete waste...

Who is left ?? I think every active manager voted and option 3 is still in the lead.
 
6-8.

I think each season should pose new excitement.

With 6-8 players, you don't lose your core, but the rest is rebuilt from the ground. It allows everyone to be excited for the new season.
 
in case of a tie my vote will decide the winner. also remember one thing, if 8 players are selected then draft will not be in reverse order but it will be in random order but if 12 players selected then draft will be in reverse order.

Thats fair. Lets stick to 12 and do the draft in reverse order.

OK boys we got our winner that is 10-12 players and it will be reverse order too.
