Mate, both pitches been played on already.

It's the wettest summer on record, which means no chance for the pitch to bake hard. So you can leave it green to get it lively for one day but then it will just die out and settle down after a day or two and lose pace- not quite hard as usual summer, as we see.

There's zero conspiracy here since a slow SCG is actually quite most similar to some NZ pitches anyway.

Certainly.

It happened in 2017 CT semifinal too. If both Pakistan and India are in the semifinals, you can only feel sorry for the other two sides.

It will not be India vs England tomorrow; it will be ICC vs England just like it was ICC vs New Zealand today.
