I think it's time to recognize the fact that this team just isn't at that level, having Misbah or Mickey or anyone else won't change that.

Even nine years back A Test loss to Bobby Mughabe’s ZIM didn’t cost a single head, therefore you never know. PCB I guess has adopted better than PP regarding the depth of the barrel ...... PP will learn also, trust me. It’s just taking a bit longer.....

It is a team that has very good raw potential is in the development phase, and hence, the inconsistency is expected with some of these younger players.

The problem is that hey have all been made to play international cricket earlier than they should have because the generation that preceded them have been utterly mediocre and have withered away at a time when they should have been in their primes and leading the way in their respective roles.
Only Wahab seems to be playing that role to a degree.

However, this would still not be suxh a big problem if we didnt have the gift of Misbah at the helm.
Today's loss is totally attributed to his shameless backing of his agesake buddy Iftikhar.

He is being forced onto the side by making him bowl 10 overs and then sending him in for the super over.

You replace Misbah with an actual coach and he will be thrilled with the quality of talent there is to work with.

we can definitely compete, doubt we'll win too often though. our ranking is an accurate representation of our place in international cricket. Not in the top 5, but the closest to top 5 compared to any other nation.
