Looking forward to see our England do against the best performers from the Q&A trophy.

Wonder how England will go against spin

Also how Usman Salahuddin performs

Will there be any streams for this?:zaka

This should have got streaming coverage. I'm sure more people would have paid for this than for the ICC XI vs England XI.

Cricinfo has Hasan Raza in the 12man squad instead of Raza Hasan.

Afaq Raheem, Ali Imran, Fawad Alam, Haris Sohail, Hasan Raza, Mohammad Ayub, Mohammad Khalil, Mohammad Talha, Nasir Jamshed, Sarfraz Ahmed*†, Usman Salahuddin, Yasir Shah

I'm actually excited for this match. Lots of young talent on display and to show what their made of. Remember Mohammad Asif in 2005 came back to prominence after demolishing England in the side match.

Here is my batting order for the match:
1. Afaq Raheem
2. Haris Sohail
3. Nasir Jamshed
4. Usman Salahuddin
5. Fawad Alam
6. M. Ayub
7. Sarfaraz Ahmed
8. M. Talha
9. M. Khalil
10. Ali Imran
11. Yasir Shah
12. Raza Hasan

I'm looking forward to seeing how Harris Sohail, Usman Salahuddin, Fawad Alam and Mohammed Talha do. Raza Hasan too if he plays. It's a really good team!

Always exciting to see how youngsters will do. Good luck to them all.

Yea - would love for this team to tour the world as Pakistan A or something of that sort. ICC really need to bring those games back.

Anyone know what channel is gonna telecast the match?

this will be a good game. good time for our young players to learn from this game.

All the domestic heavy weights are going to be playing this match, lets see who will make a name for himself against England

Any coverage of this match?

would love to see raza hassan grab a 5fer his a truly talented spinner to replace either one of ajmal or abdur rehman when it comes time to hang up the boots

I didn't know the match was today. Thought it maybe tomorrow. Just chkd and saw it starting in 5min time ... made my day.

So much hopefull of this young team performing well against good opposition.

Mohammad Khalil's first over is a good maiden, not giving any width to Strauss.

Are people actually watching this or following on cricinfo?

I have high hopes for Raza Hasan.

Kid has superstar written all over him, this will be a big test for Hasan.

1st down, looks to be some good bowling out there from the commentary

Lol England are terrible. We're going to lose this Test Series!

Talha showing his class.

6.2
Mohammad Talha to Strauss, OUT, playing that one, just a feather edge to the keeper, top delivery to get rid of the England skipper.
AJ Strauss c †Sarfraz Ahmed b Mohammad Talha 3 (22b 0x4 0x6) SR: 13.63

6.4
Mohammad Talha to Trott, OUT, leaving that one, ball just coming in to hit the pad, Trott miss reading that one completely.
IJL Trott lbw b Mohammad Talha 0 (3b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Looks like he is getting his standard inswinger to the right-handers going judging by both dismissals.

On a different note, all 15 English members have featured in the two warm-ups which is a bit of a surprise for a normally settled outfit.

Prior, Panesar, Tremlett and Onions all being played here

Wish I had chance to watch Talha during BD series, they didn't even play him.

Can someone please share video of him?

JohnSunCricket:
Strauss fails - out for 3, caught behind off the pacey Mhd Talha. England 13-1.

JohnSunCricket:
Trott falls lbw for a duck in the same over. England 14-2. This lad Talha has pace.

newman_cricket:
Early problems for England as Strauss and Trott fall in the same over to the impressively quick Mohammad Talha..

Talha has terrific figures so far!

Really looking forward to seeing how these guys perform.... any stand out performances will be "worth something"!

How did Yasir Shah fare in the QA-trophy? I honestly don't know why he is picked. He seems more like a T20/ODI player to me.

Raza Hasan is also more suited for shorter versions but he can be very good in Test matches too but need to flight the ball more. Read on the commentary that he is bowling too flat. Will be difficult to pick up wickets with this strategy.

We should have played a third seamer as well. After having them two down quite early a fresh change up would have helped. The opening bowlers shouldn't bowl more that 5-6 overs in first spell. Khalil bowled 9 overs, that's crazy in these conditions. He got tired and was put away easily.

Anyways with the ball getting older reverse swing might come into consideration. A couple of more wickets and hopefully another middle-order collapse from England is on the card.

Sadaf Hussain should have played this match in the place of Mohammad khalil. Raza hasan is a limited over material and can be really successful in that format of the game and Yasir Shah is a waste of space.

Lols Jibran, as we question Yasir's place in the team he cleans up KP.

97/3
