This final is more than just a trophy; it is a vital showcase for the next generation of Asian cricketing talent, often referred to as a "trial by fire" for future senior international players.

🇵🇰 Pakistan Shaheens: The Favorites’ Depth
The Shaheens enter the final as slight favorites, largely due to their impeccable record in the tournament and the presence of several players who have already tasted success in domestic tournaments like the PSL or even earned sporadic senior caps.

Hoping for a good final. :inti

Pakistan are favorites. They have won this trophy twice before.

Bangladesh have never won it before. They went to final in 2019 but lost.

If there is one team that I would not mind losing to, It is BD. Hopefully we will win though :D

My best wishes to both!

The best two teams in the tournament have deservingly made it to the finals. Hope for an epic exciting match worthy of the finals!

Bowling won the games before, and they might do it today as well.... Batting has been pathetic tbh... No one except maaz and irfan (1 game) have done anything.

Shaheens aren't the defending champs. Afg won it last year I think.

Good final. Good luck to both sides.

It is a very good symbolic of what is happening in Asia at the moment. Pakistan and Bangladesh have emerged out of the shadows to punish India, and our young generations have been inspired by this too.

ACC Men's Rising Stars Asia Cup final

Bangladesh 'A' have won the toss and are fielding first against Pakistan Shaheens

Bangladesh A Playing XI:

1 Jishan Alam, 2 Habibur Rahman, 3 Yasir Ali, 4 Akbar Ali (capt & wk), 5 Rakibul Hasan, 6 Mahidul Islam, 7 Meherob Hossain, 8 Mahfuzur Rahman, 9 Mrittunjoy Chowdhary, 10 Ripon Mondol, 11 Abdul Gaffar

Mohammad Faiq sucks. This is why domestic performances can't be taken too seriously when you water down your competition and run something insane like 18 teams and allow players to feast off rubbish players who don't deserve to play.

The junior team is crumbling under pressure.

Unfortunate to see that they are so mentally fragile :(

Guys need to play fc like maaz besides having power game to get used to different pitches especially slower

Pakistan using their last real lefty batter in the lineup when there is already a lefty batter on.

I would have sent in Saad Masood to try to keep the lefty/righty.

150 will be a decent score considering this is the final and we can get there easily if we play sensibly, no need to hit every ball. Fortunately, we have the two more sensible and talented players out there now. Just need to play normal cricket from here to get there. Keep the hitting for the last 5-6 overs.

Mehrob does bowl well! If he can bat like the last match he did against India then BD is gonna get a good arounder in the national team.

Stupid, really really stupid. You can have all the talent in the world but won’t get anywhere if you don’t use your brain.

Strike rate awareness strikes.
Strike rate is pointless if you get bowled out in 15 overs. You have some decent hitters down the order, better to play normal cricket till the 14th and then let them do their work. We have seen what pressure does to these young players in both the semis, and given Pakistan’s bowling 150 would be a good target, especially after the start we have had.

Absolutely just like Babar inning with Farhan today, otherwise Pak would had been bowled out for under 150 even against Zimbabwe.

Pakistanis always lose their nerve in pressure matches. They may still win as Pak A bowling is good and second inning maybe even harder to score.

This is like a test match. 2, 2, 3 runs in the last 3 overs each. Really poor stuff.

Garbage wicket too but this is outrageously slow.

Captain Irfan with zero skills vs spinners. Played a test knock, had zero strike rotation ability and out as soon as he attempts his first big shot. Just seems like all the batters coming up nowadays don't know how to play spin.
