That's hard to achieve, since the current broadcasters pick up international rights based on venue (eg New Zealand to Star, South Africa to Sony etc.) so if we're not able to watch Pakistan, why shouldn't we be able to watch SA/NZ either?
Both us and Pakistan are such grade-A donuts - aunties fighting with handbags, nothing more.

That is extreme. IPL was never banned in Pakistan despite double standards from BCCI by banning our players.

We still have PTV sports in Kashmir though but watching matches on PTV is not less than a torture.
It's quite weird that they have banned PSL but I am not that surprised.

Pak fans are more intersted in there league which makes sense i think

Obviously PSL ratings are higher in Pakistan and I guess IPl wasn’t even televised last year. I guess IPL becomes bit slow in the middle period even for Indian fans as well

There are some reason for pak fans not watching ipl. Too many leagues now days .pak plays too much t20s and now pak have his own league which have huge fan folllowing also pak players not playing in ipl so interest is not there

you are not getting the point. Despite ban on Pak players the IPL was televised in Pakistan and TV channel bought the rights and their office was not attacked and they were not asked to stop airing IPL.
talking about terrorist attacks, Pakistan has suffered the most when it comes to terrorism. We have lost 60k+ people from 2005 to 2016. We all know Indian secret embassies opened in Afghanistan to aid terrorists and fund them. There is no secret behind Indian full fledged support behind Karzai who was known for hiding and funding anti-Pakistani elements.

Dont think there is a ban. D Sports itself decided not to show matches as public sentiments are clearly not conducive.
40 soldiers died occupying land illegally. Loss of any life is always sad but I dont remember this much outcry by anyone for the kids being blinded and hundreds of people being murdered by the same occupying soldiers. The alleged person involved was a kashmiri who had been tortured not someone with Pakistani nationality. India is throwing its toys out if the pram this has git nothing to do with Pakistan or the Pakistani cricket team

Please dont be under the impression that IPL is a high rating event in Pakistan. It was aired by Geo Super (which was a dead channel in itself at that time) and was not even aired last year in Pakistan.
There is almost no demand for IPL in Pakistan thanks to PSL and Pakistan being the number one t20I team.
Thats why i get surprised when Indians claim that they can obliterate international cricket by playing IPL over a period of six or more months. No ones going to watch that league other than Indians, and cricket is going to die in reality.

IPL is widely watched. Supersports offered more money for IPL than CSA's own now defunct Global T20 league. Bidders from around the world bid for IPL tv rights. So lots of people other than Indians watch IPL.
There are lots of indians in other countries as well.
No one watches the ipl except indians and that's a fact. Stop denying it

South Africa has a sizable indian population and so do a lot of countries in the world, however, at the end of the day its still Indians or NRIs.
You might have some pockets of non-indians but honestly no one cares about other country's domestic league. Same goes for PSL, BBL etc.

Until the last couple of years, IPL was free in the UK and got around 400,000 viewers and most of them were Indians, with some PK's.
