Pakistan shouldve had NZ at least 5 down. The bowlers bowled decent but the fielders spilled a few chances. Lets see how Pakistan do today.

Wishing all the best to Kiwis to score a 600 odd total by tea and test Pak's batting and Misbah's captaincy.
Want to see some hard fought battles, some excitement factor and some twists in the game.

NZ should get 450 minimum to stay in the game. Pak will surely notch up 500-550 on this pitch.

First session will be really important, few wickets can bring Pakistan right on top otherwise it'll be another termoil for Pakistani bowlers.

I will be really impressed if we can bowl them out today

In first look, u can't differentiate between a highway and a cricket pitch.

There are at least 1200 runs in this wicket.

This is what I was talking about, full ball and shaping away from Latham!

Another wicket 245-5

I really like Rahat Ali . imo the second best bowler to come out of Pakistan in last 10 years after Aamer

Beautiful stop there by Shafiq, full length dive there

I think that is far-fetched thus far

Mohammad Asif says hello

Asif did jack on flat pitches . its not the wickets , but the way hes taking wickets which is impressive . The ability to pick wickets on these pitches is rare ,

how's it going folks. Just tuned it to watch Babar bowl two peaches. What a find. Think he can serve the test bowling for another 4-5'ish years?

I agree with you. Rahat ali is vastly under rated on this forum, amir is very over rated too.

The good thing with all these 4 bowlers (+ Imran Khan) is that they bowl wicket to wicket and once there is some swing or spin the batsmen are in trouble.

You can say, just one more wicket and they enter the NZ tail?

Problem is they have a very decent tail. All of them can bat, especially Sodhi and Craig. Alot of hard work ahead here.

Waking up to see two wickets have fallen is a nice way to the start the day, let's wrap this up for under 350 and we have a good shot at winning this.

All this talk of losing the talk, early use of batting conditions are crap unfortunately. NZ scoring rate has been rubbish and is the main reason why they have allowed the opposition back in the game.

It is a road. We throw wickets away no matter what the pitch
Than accept you are just not good enough, and in between why you kiwis were crying in start of first match at Abu Dhabi about pitch being a road, if u guys can't even bat on Roads than i really feel sorry for you.

I am surprised that the average first innings score here is about 240. Must not have been many matches played or ramiz is wrong again.

If pakistan can keep kiwis within 350 , it will keep the game alive , with all three results possible

LUNCH our session. We needed those three but could have had for four if rahat could catch without becoming a ballerina.
