Well right, Pakistan need 235 to win. Can they do it?

Good luck to the batsmen!

Man look at this:

AB de Villiers: run out (Misbah-ul-Haq)
JP Duminy: run out (Misbah-ul-Haq)
CH Morris: run out (Wahab Riaz)
AM Phangiso: run out (†Kamran Akmal)

Amala has allmost batted out pakistan. I still belive Afircans are 30 runs short. They could have scored 265-270 easily. Credit to Pakistani bowlers.

Should chase it down I think if they play sensibly.

Just needs to keep wickets in hand. No need to take risks in first 10-15 overs. Openers need to build a solid foundation for the middle order.

Openers need to see off new ball!!

start with 2.5~3.5 rr per over 1st 10overs!

Pakistan need to concentrate on singles and twoes here ...... the run rate is below 5

4 Run outs can be differ , if Pakistani openers play sensibily and dont throw their overs there will be a chance but i think it will again up for Misbah only

Pakistan has successfully chased 235+ only 6 times in last 3 years. 3 times against South Africa. Chased exactly 234-9 at Durban in March

The thing is simple .......... If you want to stay in contention ..... you have to win :D

SA will bowl some bad balls .......... remember no Morkel or steyn , that makes a difference of at least 20 runs.

50-50 chances here!

Although we got momentum and super-Misbah!

If Jamshed fires we can win it by 45th ;)

The SA bowling attack looks light. If we get a good start, should coast home.

Seems difficult.I have a feeling Morris would suddenly become Steyn against our batsmen.Hope Im wrong though.

our openers just need to chill and see off the new ball.... no risks.. just play like they played.

Jamshed will be the key here,If he bats we will win.Misbah usually bats Pakistan out of chases. So hoping that he doesn't go tuk, tuk, tuk, four, tuk, tuk.....And God forbid why do I have good feeling about Malik today?

well, our track record suggests we are going to make superstars out of phansigo and moris today

but i wish and pray to be proved wrong!

Jamshed and Hafeez need score some quick runs at the top for us.

I have zero expectation from Don Farhat any runs from him will be a bonus.

We will win RSA bowling is very very inexperiance guys

stay positive lads we will win

"I've got butterflies the size of Quinton de Kock in my tummy." - Chris Morris is excited but nervous about his call-up to the South African one-day side for the Champions Trophy (from cricinfo quotes)

Pakistan need to bat a hell of alot better then they did in the 1st match but we should ancy our chances of knocking this total off here.

Need to keep it simple because the total is really small- fingers crossed, hopefully damaadji doesn't try that wild fish outside off stump any more

Misbah's batting (previously) and fielding should lift everyones morale. Pakistan are due some runs, easy win is on. :farhat

If we want to win ... We need to work very hard ... Dot loose wickets for first 10-15 overs

Pakistan will win this. Piece of cake.

Kleinveldt, Tsotsobe and Morris - will be thrashed by Sir :farhat

Mclaren will be the real threat.

Come on Pakistan :misbah

just survive the first spell without losing any wicket... i won't bother even if the run rate is 2.0

Come on Pakistan :misbah

he is not playing. Phansigo has replaced him

2 debutants in this lineup is not a good sign for us! :msd

Imran Farhat

Age 31

Average 31

It can only go one way. :farhat

Pakistan have to chase the score in 40 overs to positive their NRR.

Highly unlikely, we'd do good to even chase this score.

Classic Farhat Drive there, straight to the fielder for a dot ball.

Time for all of Pakistan's batting cylinders to fire

That's right, the bowlers have done their job as usual and it's now time for Pakistan's batting cylinders to fire if we are to do good from here on in. They've got the talent but they need to show their temperament and hunger to score runs. :nasir
