Which channel is showing it in the Middle East? Doesn't help that there are 3 ODI's going on today.. which channel will show the Pakistan match? I can watch the other two matches easily but this is what I care about obviously.

Anyone have an audio link at least?

from Cricinfo:
Welcome to the live coverage of the one-off ODI between Scotland and Pakistan. Dampness all round; in the air, on the field and the pitch im afraid
Making my debut on the keyboard, I, Faras Ghani, will take you through the events of the day while hoping there is some action on the field.
The light's improved considerably from when I got here this morning. Covers are off. The only problem now is the bowlers' run up.

Maulana Fazl Ur Rehman is opening our batting

Cricinfo:

News just in that there is an inspection at 12noon. So im afraid no play till then.
Asif, meanwhile, has found a football from somewhere and shares his skills (or lack of) with the man who took over his vice-captaincy; Salman Butt.

Inspection in about 1 hour 15 minutes from now. No play till then according to Cricinfo

Anyone buy from cricketon.tv?

If so, wheres the feed coming from?!
They have removed coverage of this from their website. Don't think there is any TV coverage!

They must be showing this game in Pakistan........one of the channels will surely be showing it.

PTV, ARY, Geo, Ten Sports......one of them will show it for sure. If not there is always Lal Masjid TV (and if they don't show it we can give them a taste of their own medicine and burn there offices down)

Ten Sports isn't - so you can mark that off your list

I even called them about it

That leaves PTV, ARY, and Geo Super....

I think we'll find out once they start playing

Cricinfo must have a feed from somewhere....

I know they don't go to places like Scotland for 1 ODI....

Hmm..

I can confirm ARY isn't showing it here in the Middle East

but we're not talking about the Middle East, we are talking about Pakistan

Cricinfo: There's a strong Pakistan fanbase lining up here at the Grange Cricket Club. Flags, blowhorns and lots of noise. Unfortunately, no cricket so far. Some of the lads have taken over the nets and I see some hardcore slogging with tennis balls.

:))) :))) :))) :)))

it still says on cricketon.tv that they r shwoing it for 10 bugs. i am just too unsure to buy it .

I highly doubt that they would show it in Pakistan but not in the ME, as no other tv channel has the rights for the match

The ARY in Pakistan is different to the ARY in the ME

Strolling around the park is Talat Ali, Pakistan's manager, while giving advice to whichever player he can get his hands on. "English summers are not that bad," says he. Not that bad?? One reality check required please.
Shoaib Akhtar, however, is raring to go. "I've missed so many games for Pakistan but I've been training hard and keeping fit. Can't wait to go and bowl." Weather permitting, obviously.

The usual. :))

OK people

I am off home............just drank some nice chai at this net cafe but I thing the mug was dirty and I am about to get dasst. Delicious chai though!

Well if you can gather ten bugs without killing them, you should buy it for sure.

*scrambles around for bugs*

Yaar, usually in Pakistan there are so many bugs and insects

But when you're actually going around looking for them, its a bit more difficult.

Taken from cricinfo ....

"There's a strong Pakistan fanbase lining up here at the Grange Cricket Club. Flags, blowhorns and lots of noise. Unfortunately, no cricket so far. Some of the lads have taken over the nets and I see some hardcore slogging with tennis balls."

Lets hope we can out number the Indians on Tues.. even more important lets hope
we get a game atleast lol !

Folks, a reminder - any references to illegal streams will be removed from the site.

This is ridiculous. Why is the inspection being made so late?!
I am just taking a wild guess ,may be the ground is not ready.......... or may be the whole pakistani team is been searched for extra petrol and nails.

Then Saj, please enlighten us on where to watch the match? :D

Ok, $100 bet.

If Pakistan v Scotland isn't on that page, I get $100.

Deal?

Deal ,when the match starts i will give my mailing address , send cash no checks acceted. :))

i guess after the inspection teams will take another 30 min or so get onto the field and start the play.

"If Asif wasn't a cricketer, he surely would've made a decent footballers as he scores yet again! Talat Ali still has hands in his pockets as the Scottish team chats in groups. All bored."
lol they must be like we wana play... :30:

Football gathes pace as David Shephard ponders in the press box: "Why do professional international cricketers risk injury by playing football like this?" Wet outfield:recipe for injury. Well said.

11:48am local time, 10:48 GMT - The most unbelievable event of the morning so far: the Sun came out! Oops, into hiding again and we see Akhtar and Akmal sharing some secrets. Scottish team, perhaps unamused by Pakistani football, has disappeared.

Scottish seem a bit stuck up, cant wait until we thrash em

my thoughts exactly... they think they are all that and stuff. Just wait till we cream you.

"Judging by what i see through my clean glasses, we should see some action pretty soon. Cricket action, that it.
I apologise for the frequent spelling mistakes. Its cold and its a temporary press box hence no heating. Great view though and great company."

Didn't we all thought the same thing about Ireland in WC2007 and you all know what happened.

well we played that game on a jungle, never seem so much grass onWC pitch before. No idea how the pitch today is

Have a football match while your waiting, lets see who comes out on top. We can bring back our main striker - Inzy for that

there was way too much pressure on us then. not nearly as much now. But i guess we shouldn't become over confident.

11:55am local time, 10:55 GMT - Oh no! Rain! Covers back on as the Pakistan football team takes a break. Rain's only light though so should not be a problem. Fingers crossed. Even my cold ones.

Started drizzling again, I expect around 30 overs per side.

dam rain! i hate all this weather infearing with our matches. they should make a dome shaped sadium that opens up and closes so we can play the match no matter what weather. but i guess that would cost too much...

Come on Plasma bahi:
Too much grass on the pitch ,injured players, over confident ,we have always used them as an excuse but never admit our faults and mistakes we commit always something or someone to blame.

Hmm..

They were looking for someone from Scotland, I was supposed to be doing it but I couldn't make it today :( :(

some new guy
"Making my debut on the keyboard, I, Faras Ghani, will take you through the events of the day while hoping there is some action on the field."

12noon local time, 11:00am GMT - Players are off as rain gets stronger. Doesn't look good at all I'm afraid. The umpires won't bother inspecting the outfield as it pours down.
Umbrellas are the play of the day in the crowd as well as "Let's be hopeful" becomes the press box's slogan.

this match doesnt really matter, is there gonna be rain like this when we indiA on tuesday?
