Both teams need to lift themselves up on the final day of the Sharjah leg of PSL4

Hoping for a Zalmi win. More thab anything wanz to see an exciting match with a high score.
 
MS aren't that bad a team. I think Malik as a captain is a waste of time. He gave up captaincy for KK so why make him captain again?
 
Hasan Ali has turned into a beat in opening over. Should open the bowling with Shaheen.
 
Hasan Ali should get more chances with the new ball in LO cricket. I have no idea why Faheem and Shinwari have had more chances than him in recent games with the new ball.
 
Hasan Ali miles ahead of everyone else in terms of wickets in power play overs but he still doesn’t get the new ball for the national team?
 
I agree that Hassan should be tried with the new ball, he was given old ball due to the reverse he gets and he has enough pace to make it useful. However, with Amir not being at his best and someone like Haris or Musa if get seleceted then it would be a no brainer to open with Shaheen and Hassan and first change in the form of a young fast bowler.

Junaid and Amir can get reverse but they arent fast enough to make reverse useful completely as first change.
 
Is it me or cricinfo's coverage of the PSL has been very patchy this time?
 
Amazed at Wahab Riaz's ability to bowl balls that have no chance of getting a wicket, stopping runs or generally making a batsman think. Combine that ability with his speed, and you can tell the reasons behind his success.
 
Nice drive by Siddiq. He looks good. Could at least be tried in T20s for Pakistan to give him some experience.
 
PZ's batting is the weakest in PSL and they are using unusual formation of 4 outright pacers in UAE. Somehow got LQ all out for ~75, but don't think they'll be in top 4. But, their management is good and Sammy probably will be retained in Management next year; if they get the 1st/2nd draft picks, next year I back them to land a Tournament winning squad; which LQ failed after 4 bites.

Haven't seen much, but looks like definitely can hit over leg side. For a long period he had a FC average close to 50 and list A average over 45, but never made it to PAK A, and this is probably his 4th year in PSL to play 1st game. If his WK is remotely decent, should be picked ahead of Rizwan as back up.

He was given a few chances for PAK A, but didn't take them. He is better option then Rizwan as a back up.
 
Zalmi should trade Gohar and bring a bit balance in their attack; may be Saud as well to bat in top order. If Kamran doesn't fire, Imam will use PSL to book his place in PAK T20 team.

I don't see PAK A in his profile, but may be CInfo didn't update profile. Need to improve keep and time is running fast away from him.

Yes thats true, it's now or never for him pretty much.

Christian is better at coming in at the end of the innings. He's not a innings builder.
 
Multan were doing well with Charles at the crease as they're scoring since has stopped.

They looked like they would have got 180 but now it seems like 150.

All pace attack and Malik fails. No surprises there.
 
Ive been highly disappointed by Malik in general. Turning up to the toss not knowing his team mate's names, casual captaincy and now this. He knew he was out and tried to get away with it!
 
Hammad’s career is going nowhere, his domestic performances are nothing to rave about and he does nothing much in PSL either.
 
I hope Hassan can retain this fitness, form and rythm for the WC
 
Wahab honestly couldn't do worse than Usman.

But I'd rather invest in Haris Rauf and Musa
 
Wahab deserves to play in T20s over Shinwari definitely
