It is owned by Pepsico

still this is very big thing

This a proper sports sponsor we are getting.

plus Gatorade doesnt exist in Pakistan, this means Gatorade would be alunched in pakistani market soon

PCB have told us that Gatorade is just for training kits and as is, Gatorade is part of the Pepsi family so no real change as such

Just from this pic,

Imam, Imad and Abid look like they need to lose weight.

Gatorade is already widely available in Pakistan through grey channel distribution. About time Pepsi officially launches it.

I personally prefer Redbull though.

They aren’t comparable. Gatorade is sports drink and Red Bull is an energy drink.

Neither is healthy per se but Gatorade is better

That is imported gatorade. Its not locally bottled. Thus its price is very high.

I really hope this sponsor means gatorade starts getting bottled in Pakistan. If this happens, it would be availible at cheap price and is a very healthy drink.

No healthy drinks are available so i just really hope this sponsor means pakistan will have gatorade

So, nobody has noticed how much weight Sarfraz has lost?

Atleast appreciate his effort yaar.

Well done Skipper, I’m proud of you!

In what world is Gatorade very healthy? :))

There is nothing to appreciate because he is only doing it to save his career. Where was this effort when pakistan were playing like minnows for two years on his watch? Where was this effort before the World Cup?

When his spot was safe, he was least bothered. Now that there is talk of him being replaced in Test cricket, he has started to work hard.

He remains a disgrace.

And we are proud of him for losing his weight. That is our standard.

Gatorade and sports drinks in general are unhealthy. They have high sugar content with no nutritional value. However, they do serve the purpose of rehydrating athletes with the necessary electrolytes.

Gatorade is only fine if you are doing excercise after, it has a lot of sugar and shouldn't be drunk as orange juice, onloy during sports and excercise.

Gatorade and other sports drinks should be drunk AFTER exercise to rehydrate and replenish electrolytes

Is there any benefit to consuming to energy drinks like Red Bull?

Does anyone know if they will use the World Cup kits design for this series or change it up again

Gatorade may not be healthy but its good fuel for athletes which is why NBA and NFL players are constantly drinking it during their games.

Many athletes drink it during games to constantly replenish electrolytes. Normally they don't drink it on its original form though, instead, they dilute with water.

PCB have clarified that Gatorade is a Pepsi brand and Pepsi, being our official sponsor, had requested the PCB to put it on the team's training shirts as they plan to launch the brand in Pakistan in the dates which coincide with the Pakistan v Sri Lanka series.

thanks for this info.

Finally some drink is being introduced in the market which is not carbonated. Cant wait to get my hands on the product.

i am really curious though why Pepsi is launching this product at this time in the economy? There is really high inflation and alot of businesses are closing down, quite interesting.
