Hear me out before you think that a 2-0 to RSA is a formality. it's an if & a big if on that but I feel that if they hold on to their chances, Pak will surprise the hosts massively.
My reasoning
1. Historically, RSA choke under pressure of ICC tournaments, & while this is a bilateral series, the issue is that this has a pot at the end of the rainbow which is a prize to play in the ICC WTC final. This is technically a semi-final of sorts and that's why there's a layer of added pressure.
2. The bowling that Pak is taking to RSA is not the best but has a couple of bowlers that may cause issues. Abbas is someone who may test techniques & Khurram can potentially do damage. I do believe that we lack a tall bowler but in Abbas & Khurram we have two people who surely can cause problems. If Jamal & Nasim/Hamza are able to do what they did in Aus, we are in for a cracker. We lost 3-0 in Aus but our bowling for the most part was solid. It was just the inability to take catches that ruined strong positions.
3. RSA are also missing some key bowlers and if they really make green mambas, things will become interesting. A very green/difficult pitch often levels the odds at times as skill gap between bowlers is lowered.
I could be totally wrong but had to put this out here. If nothing, it'll be good for lols later on
