(Picture) Should this ball to Shadab Khan in the 2nd ODI against Afghanistan have been a no-ball?

17 runs to get from 7 balls. Shadab Khan gets bowled a full toss (below) and smashes it for 6. Surely this is an undeniable no-ball for height and a free hit?

If Pakistan fell short, there would be huge, huge scrutiny on this game-changing call from the umpires.

It should had been. But the umpires were from Afghanistan so.............

Umpires missed one from Shaheen too in the first innings

Fair I guess

Here is another one which was given because the batter asked for it and the batter was Virat Kohli.

Maybe Shadab needs to get to that level!

41.7. 1 Any delivery, which passes or would have passed, without pitching, above waist height of the striker standing upright at the popping crease, is unfair. Whenever such a delivery is bowled, the umpire shall call and signal No ball.

It definitely looks like a noball, but to confirm it, we would need to see where the popping crease is as well to what extent the ball was dipping

Clear no-ball.

Extremely poor umpiring which could have cost Pakistan the match.

It was a clear no ball and I was appalled at the lack of mention of it by the commentators during the time. I think it is time for a rule change and for any no balls for height to be checked just like the front foot ones to ensure no errors occur. That could have been a major decisive reason for losing.
