Shaheen be like:

Bhai, I'm sweating more off the field than on it. Khurram is out here bowling like he's stolen my lunch money and my swing, and Abbas—at 36—is casually taking wickets while I'm still looking for my form. At this rate, I'll be carrying drinks and handing out towels. Abbas bhai, thoda toh wicket chhorr do, please!

34 tests. Bohut ho gaya bhai. Mujhe sirf PSL khelne do!!

Shaheen and Hasan both are done in tests.

Shaheen can focus on ODIs for now

Hasan Ali should be ineligible for selection in all formats

Prime example of what a couple of top order superstar Indian wickets does to the career of a Pak cricketer.

Sohail Tanvir had a looooong career just based on that IPL spell lol. I feel it hurt Pak more in the long run.

Having said that he was really good in white ball around 2019-2022ish.

I still think he has value in T20 if used right. Just bowl him out in the powerplay and hope he can slog a couple at 8-9, also seems like a rare safe catcher in Pak side and that too for a bowler.

He was never the same after that injury, same goes for Naseem. Bumrah somehow became better after injury

I agree that he was overhyped after the India game, and was made into some sort of hero, like Akhatr

Sohail Tanvir was a geniunly good bowler, but he suffered from injuries which is why by 2010 he was finished. He would had walked in the 2011 world cup team but he couldnt cause he was soo injured and finished.

When he was fit, he was really difficult to hit around

From overhyped " They can't Play me " to " They can't wait to thrash me aka belt treatment " kya din aa gye mere 🤣🤣🤣😂😂 :klopp :kp

That’s because Bumrah took out almost a whole year to come back, while our boys lie about their niggles and don’t do proper rehab before coming back.

I believe Naseem Shah is on record saying the same, but in soft words. They are extremely insecure and don’t want to risk losing their spots.

It’s common knowledge Shaheen is not fully fit and if the player himself is not co-operating, thats where the PCB comes in to make sure that their top bowler comes back from injury as a better bowler.

But this is Pakistan, nothing will change. The whole system is corrupt to the core.

Fast bowlers being injured, particularly when they are young, is nothing new, in fact it happens to every fast bowler.

However, the board should look after their rehab and ensure they are injury free before comeback and not rushed or over used

Anyone remember that Cummins debuted in tests at age of 18 and then got injured and it took him 5 years to come back to tests again?

Imagine if he was rushed without proper healing as Shaheen was. He would also be trundling at 130 today

Like Icarus he flew too close to the sun.

The fall has been hard

Only has himself to blame like the majority of our cricketers who are unprofessional and unwilling to keep improving the moment they get semi famous.

Babar, Shadab, Rizwan, Shaheen are all perfect examples of this

I think it’s a shame PCB don’t appear to have guided him well. He seems to be an all format player shoved in every match plus PSL. He’s bound to break down. His action seems off, line and length awful. The min he hits 140 it’s said he is back in form but reall he isn’t. He needs to play some first class games work on his action properly and get his rhythm back. Head falls over too much
