I was watching some of the said highlights of the latter tournament on a social media platform. Saw some clippings of Ajmal bowling and even though it was great seeing him back in action after a while - I was feeling kinda depressed at the whole situation.

Here was a guy who was at the top of his game, basically the lad who was winning Pakistan their test matches, the #1 bowler across multiple formats and now slinging (looks basically a spin version of Malinga ) away in a tripe tournament in the US

I mean I guess it's good news for him to be able to compete at this level again but still yar seeing he fall of Ajmal right in front of our eyes has really been a depressing story indeed
