Amitabh Bachchan's twitter account got hacked by a Turkish

Just saw in the news that Bollywood's living legend Amitabh Bachchan who is one of the most active celebrity on twitter lost his account to a turkish hacker. Hopefully mods can embed the tweet posted by that turkish hacker. Abdullah719 MenInG

Turkey and Pakistan - can it get any better :)))

I myself have many Turkish friends..... :afridi

If it was Sehwag's account then that would have been fine.
But amitabh bachchan... nah.
He's not a bad guy.

use to be big fan of amitabh bachchan and then he was partying with Netanyahu. Couldnt believe my eyes...

In India Netanyahu is seen as a friend of GOI, most Indians think that Israel is India's ally. Besides they have some deal with Bollywood with regard to shooting locations. The picture you are talking about also has Imtiaz Ali who is a noted critic of Modi government.

Same Amitabh has raised funds for Imran Khan's cancer hospital and has been pictured with famous Pakistanis, Afghans, Bangladeshis etc. Celebs sometimes may get stuck in awkward situations and they have to handle it, example many Hollywood celebs and football stars posing with dictators.

Based on this it seems Amitabh and Imran are good friends.

I do not think IK would approve of trolling Amitabh Bachan or any prominent Indian celebrity.

IK, unlike his counterpart, not seeking for hegemony in the region, nor IK need to exploit religion sentiment to win votes, the only mission for IK is to make sub-continent prosperous.

So big B is now a Pakistani:imad Let's call him the Big P from now on:kohli

Is it ethically wrong to have laughed a bit too hard at this :))
I wish it was Modis.:smith

His english is actually really good and he has such a good accent. His old self rarely speaks in that language tho, he speaks in hard hindi for some reason and his tweets are kinda cringey btw.

AB doesn’t mix two languages he speaks English in english interview and Hindi in a Hindi one.

Old people on twitter are like that, they are cringey on all social media platforms. Speaking from personal experience because my parents too embarrass me with their WA and FB posts . I think Amitabh handles his own twitter handle unlike many other high profile celebs.

Amitabh's father is Harivansh Rai Bachchan, one of the greatest Hindi poets of all time. Some Hindiwallah can shed more light about him, maybe as he is growing old Amitabh is connecting more with his legendary father this way.

Unusual.

Most indians i see are speaking urdu (when they think they are speaking hindi) but AB on the other hand uses sanskiriti words in his conversations, sometimes way too much.

Two things come to mind

One is jayas bacha.n
And the second is the Nusrat fateh Ali khan concert when Imran was studying in london

Probably. Also as you grow older you get more religious as well maybe why he uses deva nagri script in his tweets rather than Roman Hinglish.

He would be a disgrace to his father who was a hindi poet if he ever mixed urdu and hindi..or even English..
I have huge respect for ABs dialect and his respect for languages as such, most new actors cant even read hindi or urdu

AB is one of the few people who are genuinely good on Twitter, please check out Salmans tweets or even the song AIB made on his tweets.. literally

I never knew hindi has poets too, TIL. Good stuff.

Yeah, even kids in Pakistan struggle to read Nastaliq script. Pakistani Punjabis are not able to speak proper punjabi, my generation and newer. However, one trend i have noticed is that Indian actors at least are mostly speaking Urdu rather than Hindi.

No hes not, he makes super cringey tweets. Just do a google search. He literally made some super creepy tweets to some actress for not wishing him happy birthday.

The actors speak Mix of urdu and hindi none in pure..only older actors like Dilip Kumar or Sunil Dutt could speak perfect urdu , my grandfather when he migrated from Pakistan could only write shahmukhi script .. my grandmother taught him devnagri script hindi poets are called Kavi and no one speaks shudh hindi .. its hard

Yeah , not creepy but he is trying to keep up with current gen,you really need to check out other Indian actors to geg an idea.. at best ranbir is good coz he doesnt even have a twitter handle.

Depends upon how you define Urdu and Hindi. Given that there are many more Hindi speakers in the world than Urdu speakers, you are likely mistaken. There are 341 million Hindi speakers and 69 million Urdu speakers in the world.

https://www.ethnologue.com/statistics/size

Most Hindi speakers I have met (and I have met many more than you having lived in a Hindi speaking part of India for many decades) speak Hindi and not Urdu. That is to say, they do not use many Arabic and Persian loan words. When I watch Pakistani TV shows, I hear many such words, but very few when I speak to people on the streets of Delhi. I can understand only about 80% of what is said in Urdu programs on Pakistani TV, because I am not familiar with many of the loan words that are not commonly used by Hindi speakers in Delhi. I can of course understand 100% of spoken Hindi.

It is possible that 50 years ago, more Persian and Arabic loan words were used by Delhi Hindi speakers. I guess just like these words arrived from outside India, they are now exiting India.

Given that Sanskrit is the language from which the languages of the vast majority of Indians arose, it is natural for AB to use words that mainly come from Sanskrit given that he is a pan Indian figure.

Urdu is classified as an Indo-European language, its parent is Sanskrit from which it gets its grammar, but it has a whole bunch of Persian and Arabic loan words.

If you total Hindi and Bengali (which are sister languages, rather like Spanish and Portuguese) you get to 569 million speakers, which would be the second largest language in the world after Chinese. Bengalis easily learn Hindi and vice-versa due to the great similarities in these languages. There are very few Persian and Arabic loan words in Bengali (I know as I am a Bengali!). The attempt to impose Urdu upon Bengali speakers ended very badly for Pakistan.

How did a thread on IK and Big B turn in to another Pak-Hind war one??

Most modern day Bollywood elites speak in English, not Urdu/Hindi . Lol if you think the Bollywood actors would understand those Riyasat E Madina type speeches given by Imran khan.

One attacked the official Twitter accounts of two well known celebrities in India while the other is attacking unknown pak websites which probably don't even have any proper defence mechanism.
