IMO the right decision was made, a bit of foot appear to be behind the line .The line belongs to the umpire anyway.

Was it a human error or some kind of fishing? Investigation needed for that, bet industry is very huge lots of money involved

That looks way too close. But I would say it's fine as the raised part of the heel seems to be slightly behind the line.

Btw the image at the top is from a different ball to the images at the bottom.

Yes, this was pointed out by many people. In that top image, they were looking at another delivery. Poor stuff from the production team or whoever was responsible. If the umpire decided it's out based on that image, then it was the wrong decision.
