During the Group A match between Ireland and Pakistan in ICC T20 World Cup 2024, Shaheen Shah Afridi was displaying inappropriate behavior towards Mohammad Abbas Afridi.

Whether Afridi has become arrogant or if he is simply expressing resentment over being removed as T20I captain?

As a senior player, he should be setting a better example for his teammates and fans, especially the younger generation who look up to him as a role model.

This behavior is not new in Pakistan cricket. In the past, even Imran Khan, Wasim Akram and Sarfaraz Ahmed have been known to display similar behavior.

There is no such thing as a senior or junior cricketer.

Absolutely correct.

Anyone who plays at this level is a professional and worthy of respect.

Besides, what has Shaheen accomplished to be considered senior? The standards of Pakistan cricket continue to deteriorate when these nobodies are called seniors.

Maybe he was shouting and asking what he was doing after the game

Unfortunately, in Pakistan senior players don't like junior players to perform well so they cannot replace them in the team.

Disgusting attitude but not surprising.

Babar and his gang of 3 have transformed our team into nothing more but a SAYA mafia that benefits only those who worship Babar and Rizwan

Enough is enough I say. Shaheen might have the talent but with how far his ego has gone off the roof, he must be dropped and be replaced by Mir Hamza who can do everything Shaheen does but better and without the baggage of any ego

Shaheen was expecting only 2 runs to be conceded. Batsmen took 3 runs - hence the disappointment.
