Sediqullah Atal Bihari, commonly known as Sediq Atal, is an Afghan cricketer born on August 12, 2001. An opening batter, he made his international debut for Afghanistan in 2023.

He began his professional career in the 2020 Shpageeza Cricket League, representing Kabul Eagles in the Twenty20 format. Before that, he was part of Afghanistan's squad for the Under-19 Cricket World Cup. His List A debut came in 2021 when he played for Band-e-Amir Region in the Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament.

In mid-2021, he was selected for Afghanistan’s ODI squad for a series against Pakistan, but the series was postponed due to political developments in Afghanistan. When the series was rescheduled in early 2023, it was converted into a T20I series, and Sediqullah was once again included in the squad. He made his T20I debut in the final match of that series in March 2023.

In 2024, he was named as a reserve player for Afghanistan’s squad in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Later that year, he played for Afghanistan A in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup, where he was named Player of the Tournament after scoring 368 runs in five matches. His outstanding performances, including scores of 83, 95, 52, 83, and 55, earned him a remarkable batting average of 122.66 and a strike rate of 145. He finished as the leading run-scorer, playing a key role in Afghanistan A’s maiden Asia Cup triumph.

Following his impressive form, he has been included in Afghanistan’s squad for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan.
