KP is spot on. Pakistan training is stuck in the 80’s.. it was stuck in the 80’s even during the 90’s but we got away with because the talent was unreal.. Father Time has now caught up. One look at the players and visually, you know right away they are doing it all wrong from strength, stamina, nutrition, and the list goes on. Being a professional athlete is a year round profession.
