Group B: PIA v United Bank at Ghari Khuda Bakhsh

I'm worried about junaid's form in this tournament so far.

i honestly feel that juniad doesnt try in domestic games anymore, guessin the PCB have told him to take it easy too. It happened before the india and sri lanka tours too

Port Qasim have set a target of 298 for ZTBL courtesy of a second consecutive century by Khurram Manzoor.

Scores from the first innings: Khurram Manzoor 122(152), Shahzaib Hasan 37(21), Umar Amin 42(41), Khalid Latif 17(18), Danyal Ahsan 12(17), Tanvir Ahmed 36(38). Bowling: Sohail Tanvir 1/74, Aziz-ullah 0/53, Rao Iftikhar Anjum 3/66, Zohaib 1/46, Saeed Ajmal 1/48.

Sharjeel Khan departs after a well-made 81. Hussain Tallat is batting on 80. ZTBL are 170/1 after 26 overs.

Babar Azam is out after scoring 10 runs. ZTBL are 193/3 after 31 overs. Hussain Tallat is unbeaten on 94 runs.

Just had a light moment with Saeed Ajmal. He asked me to take his picture and transfer it in his USB. Rashid Latif wasn't amused, though.

That's it! Hussain Tallat brings up his century and is ecstatic. His brother appreciates his knock from the enclosure.

Who has looked the best batsman out of the lot?

& do u know the scores of other domestic games

Does he look to be a slogger or a proper batsman? Does he run between wickets well? etc

Haris Sohail finishes it with a FOUR. A comfortable 8-wicket victory for ZTBL, with 46 balls to spare. Haris remains not out on 56(41) and Hussain unbeaten on 141(117).

Very happy for Haris Sohail. Hope he is picked for CT. Also very good effort by Hussein Tallat.

Great performances by the batsmen. But as everybody is saying, the pitches are absolute roads.. Maybe they want the batsmen to feel more confident.. It would be nice if pitches are made more bowler friendly. That would separate the men from boys..

Thanks so much. Very happy today now that Haris has done well too.

Thanks a lot.

Hussain Talat looks like an exciting talent. Scoring 141 being just 16 is an amazing feat.
Hopefully he'll be called up for the U19 team.
Haris again showing his credentials as a finisher. He stays there till the end and can hit them big. Would be an ideal candidate for No. 4 or even No. 6 if required.

Haris has been in great form for a long time now. He's a class act and hopefully he'll be in the side.

Haris is the real deal. I dont think the selecters would leave him out now, no matter how dumb they are.

Harris should be selected now, and this 16 year old kid is doing hella well, and so is khuram manzoor

Just spoke to my younger brother who played against Hussain Talat in U-19s. He was shocked to hear that his age is listed as 16 years old. He said, he is clearly over age.

Not taking anything away from him for the match winning century.

Sohaib Maqsood once again scored a quick 66 Runs in 58 balls.

Don't know about his bowling figures today.

Nice by shehzad 112 runs. juanid taking 4 wickets is good. shafiq is scoring alot of runs. very good. afridi took two wickets so he is in the team i am sure. nice to see nawaz giving an all round performance.

irfan bowled very well

9 overs 26 runs 3 wickets

Jamsheed and sami were unlucky again.

Raza hassan won them the match with 4 for 36 in ten overs........ explain me again why he wasnt in the 30 probables. :P

Openers doing especially well in this tourney.

So far khuram manzoor, sharjeel and ahmed shahzad have done well.

afridi made 5 runs, farhat made 11, ali azmat made 0 ...

Adil match figures 1/61

rehman match figures 1/60

When was the last time Harris Sohail was not in form? This guy seems the real deal. He has been scoring runs in huge chunks just for fun for such a long time, Mashallah. He has got to be picked and given a go in the CT.

I fear for one thing. England is not the easiest place for a player to debut at.. If haris fails there, he may have to suffer the fate of umar amin although i believe haris is way more talented than him.. I wish him all the success though..

I've not seen him bat properly but from the clips I've seen from his stance and backlift he might struggle with out-swingers.

He is more of a backfoot player from what i saw of him in the champions league in SA.. He looked un-easy for the first few balls in South africa but that way obvious as it was the first time he was playing in such conditions. But when he got his eye in, his Reflexes got better and he negotiated the bounce and swing and scored an unbeaten, match winning fifty.. He has a great temperament thats why i think he can get the team out of pressure situations. But intl. cricket is a different ball game altogether.

In England front footwork has also to be good to cope with swing and seam...Should replace Younis in squad though

Shoaib Maqsood once again proving himself.. Hope his performances are seen by the Selectors...:)
Really impressed with a 16 year old Youngster beauty Hussain Talat, a left Hander from lahore playing for ZTBL. Impressive 141* from 112 balls in a chase with 7 SIXES and 12 FOURS...:O along with Harris Sohail...:) He Also has another two 50's from a total of 4 LA matches..:) Really a future one to look out for

Younis Khan is losing all respect from me. He's been dropped from ODI's yet continues in them in domestic cricket blocking a promising youngsters place(Shan Masood). He is still failing in domestic cricket aswell!

from the 30 probables, our top 5 leading run scorers in this tournament are:
1)azhar ali
2)ahmed shehzad
3)asad shafiq
4)Kamran akmal
5)harris sohail

4 youngsters, so future looks bright inshallah.

Do you seriously think he will stop playing domestic cricket?
Come on man cricket is his living.
