It's pretty up-to-date from my experience. The other "free" streams were a couple of balls behind cricketgateway. It was also a bit ahead of cricinfo commentary. Can't make any other comparisons.

I use cricketgateway and sometimes have the scorecard running on cricbuzz in the background, and gateway is about a ball behind. Funny thing is under the streaming gateway has a scorecard running which is in sync with cricbuzz and ahead of the video lol.
