I think a sensible and quick enhancement which PCB can do is to organise an event in Pakistan:

1. Somewhere down South (on Belter of Pitches)
2. Give PTV rights to Broadcast
3. Put a limit that 8 Players need to be under 25 (Something like that). You need some Seniors for experience and guidence

Not only this will showcase local Talent but also give Franchieses a chance test their Talent Pool

Yes even A Games between sides to look at the Younger Talent and let PTV Broadcast it

Ali Tareens idea was to include silver and supplementary players as well, so that means that there would be some people over 23 as well, which is still a good idea

I back Ali’s idea completely and I’ve wanted this myself for a while
Only change I would make is to have 2 overseas players per team, just to increase interest among fans
Also would be a further encouragement for overseas players to visit Pakistan on a more regular basis

What is IPL's quota for foreign players in a team per match? 4?

2. it would cannibalize PSL, National T20
