So we resume action in the PSL at a new venue Sharjah.

Shahid Afridi Vs Umar Akmal will be interesting as Afridi is still bowling well and Umar in good touch.

I hope Quetta also gives a chance to Saud Shakeel.

Multan definitely need to change that top 3 if they want to have any chance in the tournament.

It's only been 48 hours or so since the last match happened but this gap feels like an eternity.
 
Want U. Akmal to do well.. But as our region is Multan, supporting grandpa's team Multan.
 
Saud has to come in. QG have already wasted two games, should bring him in and give him a go at 3 for the rest of the tournament.

They also need to drop useless Ghulam mudasar and Irfan jnr. Just wasting spots by including these two


As for MS, their squad is awful. They will finish bottom no matter what they do now
 
I never really liked Umar Akmal's batting but after these 2 matches i actually want to see how well he can bat.
He batted really well. Threw away his wicket in the second match though
 
If saud shakeel is playing in today's game. He should "only" play as a opener in place of ahmed shehzad. Not no3, neither no 4. On those places u need dynamic players like rilee rossouw or umar akmal even watson can play there.

Yes u need also players who provide stability in the middle order, but that doesnt mean that u put a player like fawad alam there just for the sake of providing stability.

You must have a power game if u want to play in the middle order in t20's.

Players who are strokemakers, but not as effective when it comes to power hitting or changing gears should and can only play as a opener and if u arent a strokemaker either like babar azam then sorry to say. You are not made for "t20".

Agreed Saud needs to open. His game is perfectly suited for it.
 
Sharjah is usually a flat track. Expecting some runs on the board today!
 
Looking forward to U Akmal batting . Although i wont be able to watch this match due to banning of PSL in India. And only 2G allowed in my state. 4 G temporarirly put down by the authorities due to fear of some communal clashes. All the best to Quetta .my fav team

So malik firend shakeel ansar is playing while umer shadiq who is miles better then him is not.

Wasn't aware that Vince and Christian were in the Multan squad. They look a very strong outfit now.

Christian is in electric form. He won a ridiculous amount of matches for the Renegades this season. If he carries that form into PSL then we are in for a treat.

Lower-order of Christian, Russell and Afridi has the potential to be very destructive.
 
James Vince has always been a stylish player and someone I have admired after watching him in county cricket for many years. In tests he has been a disappointment. But I think England should have gave him more chances in LO. It's a shame Cook,Bell,and Trott got more backing in ODIs.
 
Why hasn't Shane Watson bowled in the PSL yet?, did he get injured in the big bash. His bowling is a true asset.

I think people should prepare for when he fails. He won't score in every game. I worry as soon as he has 1 bad game posters will go over the top with critiscm.

Don't think so coz he's already had 2 good games.
 
Why is Malik playing? It's like we just do not want to progress.

This despite the fact I think he has improved a lot.
 
Malik has serious issues with his running. Idiot is involved in a run out nearly every game
