[Reports] Pakistan Air Force intercepted Rafael Jets on April 29th forcing them to abandon their mission

Per reports from some news channel - apparently PAF Chengdu JC-17 Fighter Jets were scrambled on the night of April 29th to intercept IAF Rafael Jets.

Disclaimer: I am UNSURE if this is 100% correct or not but something was definitely brewing in the last few days

The Rafael Jets were equipped with Long Distance Air to Air missles indicating they can fire from IOK to Pakistan Airspace. Multiple Rafael Jets were heading towards LOC that night

So per reports - the JC-17 electronically jammed the Rafael jets preventing them from returning to their base of origin and they had to make an emergency landing in Srinagar Air Base.

It looks like PAF preventing an Indian Military Operation on April 29th

Rafales cme from ambala and had to return sri nagar .
jeffs and J-10s were thre.
 
i read about this too, whilst no one can be sure exactly what happened its unlikely that india wouldn't have attempted something by now. good work by PF, regardless.
 
Well the guy that made the comment is Asif Khwaja the same guy that said Pakistan conducted terrorism for the West.

I would take it with a grain of salt, j10s and j17s making Rafales retreat, don't think so... Chinese themselves do not use the J17 as they think it is junk...

Most likely nothing happened and there was no incident but uncle Khawaja needed to get on the lime light again...
 
Why wouldn't PAF reveal it themselves and try to humiliate IAF?

An unarmed brahmos went 130+ km inside Pakistan crossing some high value targets and they couldn't even detect that.... And those people gonna jam which aircraft?? Rafale? 😂

This was to test Pakistan's defences. Once they gathered their intelligence and Pakistan's defences were low, they have launched the real attack which is to remove Pakistan from Asia cup.
 
IAF doesn’t have a significant superiority over PAF, rather if claims of the Chinese fighter jets being “unproven” in operation are ignored a case might be made that PAF is poind to pound at par or might even have a slight edge over IAF.

Fighter jets, tanks, artillery and short range missiles is where Pakistan army is heavily invested which is why in short face offs, there will be a stalemate for weeks.

Bharat‘a superiority over Pakistan only shows up the longer the battle continues. That’s when Pakistan cannot hope for a favourable outcome.

The long range mobile missiles systems, disproportionate second strike capability through nuclear powered stealth submarines, a much better guarded command & communications system are where Bharat scores above.

This is something for a lot of people understand. Don’t expect Pakistan to surrender if at all you attack. They will give it back to you equally. Planes will be falling, soldiers will be getting killed on both sides and at times it might feel Pakistan has done more damage. This is part of war. Look at Russia-Ukraine it’s been going on for 2-3 years and close to 100 billion dollars has been lost by both sides.

What we achieved in 1971 was remarkable actually. To break Pakistan in half without facing much damage is nothing short of a military miracle that Indira Gandhi and Sam Manekshaw achieved. Those things don’t always repeat just like China hasn’t been able to repeat 1962 despite their deepest desires. We improved and Pakistan improved as well post 1971.
 
Both IAF & PAF are outside Top 20 airforces in the world.

It’s embarrassing actually.

Our square off would be a cruiser weight battle for airforce enthusiasts.

Two poor nations fighting with mostly 30-40 year old aircrafts 🤣

This is a highly uninformed way to assess the two air forces. Most countries have older aircraft. That's normal. For example the F16 and F15's continue to form the backbone of the USAF. The Su 30 continues in russia and it's variant dominates the Chinese airforce. The euro fighter is also 30 plus years old and dominates many European airforces. As for the square off both Pakistan and India have airforce that can dominate a large number of European and global south nations.

But where is Pakistan army n politicians? Why do they not retaliate? Where they hiding? Reality is India stopped river water from entering Pakistan and Pakistan left with 4-5 days ammunition. How they fight with India? That’s why Turky provided military assistance to Pakistan

Retaliate for what? The Indian Army hasn't even attacked Pakistan yet. Looks like I was right about the low IQ of some blind nationalists. This isn't the Champions Trophy. India's response has been disappointingly soft, banning YouTube channels as revenge for the death of 28 soldiers? That's not how a superpower should respond. :inti

U forgotten what Bilawal said? He said “ agar India hamara paani rokhta hai, tab pani ke badale khoon bahega”. India already stopped water from bagilhar and reasi dam on Chenab river. Where is Bilawal why hez not retaliating?

I think Pakistani Establishment needs to be respected and loved in Pak again, that way we will have less issues.

It’s the fact.

Both countries have extremely old aircraft. Rankings are subjective but to put any of them in Top 10 right now would be pushing it.

USAF has hundreds of F35s and F22s already. They’re levels above anyone.

Most NATO nations have advanced fighter jets.

Japan, Korea etc have them.

The list goes on.

Here we are again having to talk over another potential India vs Pakistan conflict.

Sub continent is hopeless there will never be peace here....
