Bishop, no comparison with others. His initial bowling action was one of very few actions that I liked & tried to copy. I think, he is much taller than 6'5"; at least 2 metres (6'6.5"+) with a fantastic build & wide shoulders - ideal fast bowling shape. And he could swing the ball, could bat a bit. At his prime, he was probably more threatening than Ambi, but Ambi was extremely accurate, hence always maintained great average. Definitely in AUS/SAF, and arguably in U.K. At their best - Ambi/Bish pair was more threatening than WW or Donald/Pollock or McGrath/Gillespie.
