"I can remember we were in a hotel in Lahore and I think he was there with the Muslim League, they had invited him to Pakistan for him to do some tours because of his ban, etc. He was coming down in the lift at the same time and we were outside. The cricketers all knew. Wow, this is a big opportunity. Those days, I had my little beard and fro. As he came out of the lift, wow, it was such a great feeling to know one of your idols and individuals who you have such enormous respect for...
