I think we need to implement this with full force in Pakistan.

It’s disgusting to see three four lafanga type guys standing at every street corner and in public parks, scanning every passing by female from head to toe with their eyes full of lust.

I have noticed that many Indian Pakistani makes still do it here in the west - just blatantly stare at passing by strangers, and especially at females - not sure what the heck is wrong with them

This is a problem in Pakistan, people do like to stare, but trust me, it is still not as bad as in india. In Pakistan, this is still done discreetly, in India they keep eye balling looking at you like idiots in such an obvious way.

Its soo weird that they dont even say anything, just looking at you like idiots.

However, this thing cant be policed in such countries

Staring is often subjective though. How can you prove intent?

Also, people can misuse this law and frame people.

oh wow this is in Britain, I thought law was being passed in Pakistan
