shouldn't Smith be focusing on the WTC finalists (aka India), rather than a series 6 months away with a mediocre team that hasn't won in Aus in a gazillion years.
 
Big things expected of Babar in the tour of Australia - could be a career defining tour for him.
 
Hopefully no dead rubber hundreds this time and we'll be able to see him perform when the game is genuinely alive and going against a full-strength Australian attack.
 
Pitches will be flat in Australia. It is not that hard to score runs there. Just that Australia can outbat you.
 
Pakistani bowling will decide the tone of the series.
Last time they got thrashed like a 2nd class club team.
This time they have got experience. Nasim, Shaheen has some match winning performances below their belts .
If they bowl well accordingly , Pakistan can fight.
If they don't perform Aussie batters will make this series boring and one sided.
