How about a new format on which there are 15+5=20 overs , the first 15 being normal cricket and the last 5 being of double wicket that is you can't get out but you will lose 10 or 20 runs per wicket in the last 5 overs, moreover it will see some new tactic as well as you will be wanting your best 2 hitters at the end of 15th over in order for them to have a blast in final 5. And you will have to decide how much risk you wanna take in order to reach your desire total ,

Moreover it will spin the game in bowlers favour as well ,as a bowling side you want the batting team to have tailenders batting in the final five and you will be all over them in the final 5 in order to keep getting them out and lowers the opposition total as much as you can.

More or less I think it will bring balance to the shortest cricket format with whole lot of new strategies.

Would be fun but it's not going to happen is it? Maybe for exhibition matches but even then I still doubt it.
