Not sure about Pakistan. But T20 losses don't receive that much of a backlash in India. They just want to see some of their superstars. For instance, don't be surprised to find out Dhoni never won a single T20 match for India since he started playing in 2006. Pathetic strike rate for a lower order batsman. But he draws huge crowd. They just use T20 to make some money. It is more about glitz and glamour. Given the lottery nature of T20, not many care about the results.

Sharjeel is a power hitter but hes not fit enough if he works on his fitness then yes he can come into the team

Dhawan is a pathetic below par t20 batsman ,he will be replaced very soon,
One thing that makes India not explode with runs in powerplays is Rohit and Dhawan opening,Rohit specially takes time and Dhawan being average doesn't help India blasting runs
Rohit takes time to get going but once he gets his eyes in then he's box office the world enjoys to watch,most entertaining and demolishing

Yeah. Was kinda surprised ....

Rahul and Rohit are not only capable of giving a "good" start.... not exploding ones but still good enough... but are also capable of going on to get a big score and really up the ante later on. They have like 6 T20I hundreds between them if I'm not wrong.

Even Dhawan's not that bad. Averages 45+ in the last couple of years and won MOTS in Australia.
