I was looking at the teams with most number of tournament wins in ODI cricket.

Here I am looking at tournaments with 5 teams or more. So considering that the records are as follows.

Australia

7 tournament wins

5 WC wins (1987,1999,2003,2007 and 2015)

2 CT wins ( 2006 and 2009)

India

7 tournament wins

2 WC wins (1983 and 2011)

2 CT wins ( 2002 one was shared, and 2013)

World Championship of cricket win in 1985

Hero Cup win in 1993

Asia Cup win in 2018


Pakistan

6 tournament wins

1 WC win in 1992

Nehru Cup win in 1989

1 CT win in 2017

3 Australasia Cup wins ( 1986,1990 and 1994)


Sri Lanka

5 tournament wins

1 WC win in 1996

1 CT win in 2002 (shared)

Asia Cup wins in 2004, 2008 and 2014


West Indies

3 tournament wins

2 WC wins in 1975 and 1979

1 CT win 2004


England

1 tournament win

1 WC win in 2019


South Africa

ICC KO win in 1998

I have only considered tournaments with 5 teams or more here. India won a 6 team Asia cup in 2018. India's all other Asia cup wins are 4 teams or less.

Nehru Cup is at par with Champions trophy, so it should definitely be counted. And I have only counted Asia Cups with 5 or more teams.

Australia stands out head and shoulders above everyone one else. 2nd spot goes to India. Pakistan can claim the 3rd spot while SRL and WI can share the 4th spot.
