1) Well that's just wrong isn't it? People working white collar jobs get performance bonuses. McDonalds employees get employee of the month awards.

Can't believe you're comparing legends of sports like Spitz, Sampras, Pele, Viv, Woods, Jordan etc with Mcdonals employees whose only required qualification is to have functioning rotary skills. These people worked their butts off to accomplish physical excellence and required many qualities instead of just asking whether tthe order needs to be supersized or not.

2) If they thought Misbah's presence was detrimental to the team, the Islamabad owners/management wouldn't have picked him.

You give to much credit to the IU owners management. Stalwarts like Shafiq, Anwar Ali, U Akmal etc were picked too.

1) He has another 5-10 years left in him

2) He didn't want to divert attention away from Islamabad's victory by announcing his retirement on the same night
