What do you think is the best (or worst) time zone for watching cricket in Usa or Canada?

Both Usa and Canada have 4 time zones. Eastern Time (ET) that is on east coast and north-east of Usa and Ontario/Quebec (Canada) is probably most convenient for watching cricket with some exceptions

Pacific time that is on west coast in USA and British Columbia (Canada) is 3 hours behind Eastern zone and is the worst

This ongoing BD-PAK Test starts at 12 midnight at my place (I am in Toronto). So, I generally can't watch most of it.

I only get to watch the final session and sometimes the first hour.

I agree with that. Test matches played anywhere in sub-continent start between 11pm and 1am (Eastern) and it is not convenient to watch most of the match.

Day/night Odi matches played in sub-continent however start around 4am or 5am Eastern and we can watch most of it

Good thing though is that atleast night matches in Psl & Ipl start around 9am or 10am Eastern
