There is a huge difference between Maqsood and Shehzad/ Akmal. Both have been reported by their coach for non-professional attitude. However, Maqsood to best of my knowldge has never been reported of any ill doings.

IMHO he should not say anything which might imply any negative consequences for colleagues. But then again you won't expect this from Afridi.
