I think almost every poster have read how the senior players of the early 2000 treated the youngsters. Most of us read the accounts from shoaib akhtar in his auto biography.
Its funny all those above mentioned are now critics sitting on tv critisizing others while at their time they never trated juniors as part of the team.
I was reading an account of misbah, and he mentioned how he and younis vowed to learn from this ridiculous culture and improve the senior junior culture when their time comes, by keeping the junior player more involved more part of the game
