[VIDEO #25] I can't believe how Quetta Gladiators lost that match

Is it just me or a second run really looked impossible there??

Indeed whoever's played cricket at any Level....EVER !! will testify that there wasn't a second run there however, what people are questioning is the lack of intent shown here...

Even if you know you are to be run out 10 times out of 10 in such a scenario you will still go for the second run....you know....cuz it's the LAST GOD DAMN BALL of the game ??!!

That's the entire premise of the debate here I guess..........

Yes i agree with the lack of intent. Everything Happened very quickly though. Things like these happen sometimes but It sure is surprising to see a south african not go for it.

If they had run the first one hard, it puts pressure on the fielder to throw harder. He might have fumbled. Lots of things could have happened there. As you said, intent is what matters.

160 par, aiming for 170.

ALso i think credit goes to RUmman Raees. ( were needed off his over, and he gave away only 2)

Didn't watch the match but checked the scorecard because one of our boys playing(and doing well).

I wonder how Anwar Ali was put at no. 6 ahead of a batsman with twin centuries in world cup + MOS of BPL-4 + A clutch finisher off late for his national side or even a batsman who is known for his ferocious yet fearless slogging?

I mean no. 6 is for proper batsmen, not sure Anwar Ali is not half the player Riad or Perera is, even in T20s
