This is PP... you're more likely to see the opposite with people claiming he's lying about his age and he's actually a 40 year old who is actually only 4ft 9 and bowls at 120kph. All learnt from a very short news clip that he's clearly not even trying to bowl fast!
Very few players actually get hyped on here before they are destroyed due to the extreme pessimism of being a Pakistan cricket fan.

Absolutely, he is tall , very young and running well. So, possesses the basic requirement to become a good bowler and there is no reason he cannot become one.

Irfan was spotted very late, when he was already passed 30. This guy, if trained and guided well, can be play high level cricket and even beyond that , who knows.

Good to see interior Sindh is catching up with rest of the country in producing cricketers.

There’s no need for the cheesy background music for starters, ARY is a national news channel. The kid needs to be left to develop , let him come through the ranks then make these kind of videos when he’s knocking on the door of the international team. Let’s be honest the only thing that was impressive from the video is his height, very awkward run up will need a lot of work otherwise he will breakdown.
