PakPassion gets namechecked by commentary team.

Talked about how the posts on here talk about the review system.

34.1 balls in.

Fazeer Mohammed talking about PakPassion thread and posts regarding Sarfraz Ahmed's captaincy.

he said it's 50-50 among the fans, some like Sarfraz's passion, some don't

Fazeer if you're reading this, I love Sarfraz's Passion and aggressiveness, it's a breath of fresh air after Azhar's captaincy which was opposite and dull

Haha, Fazeer, I think you miscalculated. Don't think it's 50/50.

More like 80/20 -- majority realizes how bad he's been, just mindlessly yelling, creating panic, shaking his head in disappointment.

It's not that "authority" or "positive" sort of enthusiasm.

no its 50 - 50
talking about no of posters not posts.

I agree with Faz. Sarfraz brings a different attitude, but it's the results that matter at the end of the day.

so fazeer does know things about pakpassion but typical rameez has no clue..plz fazeer and rameez both should read hate haffez is getting here ..

Congratulations to the admins at Pakpassion working ever so hard to make things perfect! Undoubtedly the best cricket forum on the planet.

would like to bring the example of how dilshan captaincy turned out... he was also nearly as same as sarfraz, yelling and shouting at everything, never calm in the field but less than what sarfraz is now.... was unsuccessful

Definitely 95/5 against Kamran when it's his batting, and also about 90/10 when talking about the end result of his captaincy which is getting the W.

Still remember the defence that was given for Azhar (that he performs with the best - is a Misbah choice) after the Bangladesh debacle.. even though the guy had zero experience....

However no notions about Sarfaraz here... he is being criticized from day 1 alot of ppl don't like the way he captains the team, despite being the standout captain in both PSL's, taking the underrated team to the finals both times..

Rashid Latif is right in that there is a definite bias in commentary about Sarfaraz's captaincy...

Saj MenInG can we have a poll on this subject as to how many supports this kind of behaviour from Sarfraz in the field? I totally support his enthusiasm but yes, it should not be only for juniors but seniors like Kamran, Hafeez, etc. too.

ps. Assalam o 'Alaikum and Hello to you Fazeer! :wave :)

He is a pretty legendary commentator and I'm not saying that because he's mentioned PP. With no disrespect to some of his fellow commentators around the world, their "insight" to the game is often as bland as vanilla. Fazeer is a knowledgeable, humble and charismatic commentator who is always a delight to listen too.

Sarfraz's "passion" only creates negative sentiments among teammates, especially when things are not going their way. Yelling and acting like a maniac on the pitch is very different from calm, confident authorative passion. The loudest one is the weakest one in the room. Weak ppl can't raise confidence in others

Can we just make Faz the default commie for all Home and Away games for Pakiatan.

A top lad who has way more insight and knowledge on Pakistan cricket than many of the 'experts' masquerading as knowledgable commiees....

I genuinely enjoy listening to him in any of our games. Faz are you covering the Test series as well ??
