Seems like one of the maga dumbo crew. This is an old uncle tom mentally like many Indians have . Changing their names to western names etc , wishing they were white etc .

Her dad’s Indian , came to America at 13 with his strong dodgy accent and head nodding into the highway . Just admit he’s Indian and say you’re proud .

How long have you been in the west ? Do you feel assimilated or are you ashamed of being Indian? If so why ? Is it the accent , your religious culture or colour of your skin?

I’ve never felt the need to assimilate or have never been ashamed of myself . I doubt this bimbo knows what assimilation even means

Interesting thread.

This Priya Patel girl appeared on several dating talk shows and mostly talked about her horses and finding love. I didn't realise she was one of those hardcore MAGA desi types.

The hesitation to come to terms with her father's ethnicity was showing lack of respect. Needs to be more thankful of him for getting her into a safe life.

It is actually an indictment of the American public when you think about it. She is trying to hide her ethnicity like many Indian Americans such as Bobby Jindal, Kal Penn and Nikki Hayley. What that suggests is they know white Americans look down on Indians, and we saw that in action when JD Vance was attacked for having a Hindu wife by the MAGA crowd.

I can’t speak for them. However you do come across a guy who thinks as if you are some special race when you clearly ain’t. You have all the tropes associated with the average Indian for being a brownie and if you have a beard and dress a certain way another stigma altogether too, which we can take up on another thread. Seems like a double whammy. So, I wouldn’t celebrate racism towards Indians. Having said that, the lady Priya Patel is a moron. Probably your average influencer era kid trying to get attention.

I don't have a beard or dress in eastern clothes, because I don't live in the east. Although most European males sport a beard these days so there is no "stigma" attached to that.

Don't blame me for racism towards Indians either. Take it up with the racists instead of trying to bootlick your way into their good books like all fudge brownies.

Priti for all her faults has some credentials..degree educated and worked her way up the conservative party into the position of home secretary. Quite an achievement.

Priya just seems to be a rage baiter and social media grifter. It's not that hard to do. I reckon if one of us made a few videos about immigration and cosied up to racist whites we'd get a following in no time too.

This is true to be fair. There are a few already out there in fact. But they are nobodies, this Priya is obviously big enough to get on Piers Morgan show.
