Multan Sultans have already expressed their interest in his bowling so a great future awaits this young man. It is a little sad that players like him have to ask for fan websites like PP to help them get noticed when its really the job of the PCB to be discovering and nurturing this talent.

The PCB is a gravy train for the connected,it has no interest in developing Cricket in PK.

Pakistan is 15 most corrupt countries in the world.. unfortunately the system does has processes to nurture potential and those don't have resources.. not say this fellow is next Shoaib Akhtar but so I know get lost in wilderness.

I remember growing up - we had this "fellow" who was an all-round head-shoulder above rest of players.. among us a different fellow [dad very resourceful] a opening batsmen played 30 odd FC cricket matches and other third fellow played for Pakistan Salim Jaffer. But we all knew this "fellow" was head an shoulder above both in terms of bowling and batting. His father passed away when he was 17 years old and he end not even barely doing his matric and became a bread earner for his family. I remember watching a game a gym khana in a friend match where couple of test cricket where playing and there was player short he destroy the batting and then scored 40 odd runs off 40 balls batting at 8 in a 40 over game.. in those days mid-1980s was amazing... I saw this fellow recently little obese just imagined what he could have been.. Adding he was not just good at cricket but also hockey, badminton, etc.. Some folks are just good athletes with amazing hand eye coordinate...

For disclaimer in a street cricket I have face his bowling just tennis ball not tape bowl.. he was fast, had variety so called knuncall ball, spin, we all use to imagine if this fellow had mentor, financial support, system.. I have no doubt he could have been easily Abdul Razaq for problem better.. most important his EQ/IQ about the sports in general was amazing..

Looks good .he is rough diamond and needs polishing from professional coaches

Will be funny if he turns out to be a 130 km/hr trundler

Don't doubt that at all.

We always hear stories about players who came from nothing and overcame the odds etc.

But if there is 1 player like that there are probably a 100 who couldn't overcome the odds etc who might have been world beaters etc.

The lad is going through a tough time in his life and is actually umpiring in local matches to make ends meet.

Multan Sultans have expressed an interest in him.

Wish him all the best.

He makes more by umpiring than playing as a player? Now that is really sad and should tell you about the state of our grassroots domestic cricket structure

He umpires at times to make ends meet. The amount he receives is a pittance. He's from a humble background.

Shoaib is probably the last of our much reveled pace bowling factory who could inspire kids to take up fast bowling. So sad what our pace bowling resources have been reduced to atm with only Shaheen looking like a exceptional talent but let's see if he develops into something extraordinary.

Coming onto this lad, his run up is pretty fluid and looks like a carbon copy of Shoaib's bowling action till
his a tad exaggerated sling and release point. To a person like me, who's no expert on fast bowling and only know it as a passionate fan, seems like he gets a bit unbalanced at the end. I guess if he works with a good coach, he can get his action a bit more fluid like Akhtar's. I think Shoaib himself would be the best person suited to coach this guy.
Hope he has the pace and swing of Shoaib as well. Consistent 150s is almost obsolete now, even if he can bowl consistently in 140s, might prove handy. Plus a fast bowler grows with as many matches he plays except Sami and Wahab.

Saj Three pertinent questions ?

1. Is he the same Mohammad Imran who stood 2nd and Ahmed Jamal was first back in 2013 ?

2. Was he 16 years old teenager than ?

3. What is his current speed ?

Yes, same one.

He says he's 22 now, so would have been 16 in 2013.

Only playing in low-level local tournaments so don't know his speed.

To be honest he ain't that quick plus his arm speed is kinda slow and he's barely using his left arm efficiently, i would be surprised if he bowls anything over 135k

Sent the video to various people involved in Pakistan cricket.

The only one who has shown any interest in this guy is Ali Khan Tareen of Multan Sultans.

Instead of crying 24/7 in their youtube channels former PAK players should help such youngsters, giving back...

Action looks good. Hope he is looked at and somebody comes forward to help him out.

Is he the same Mohammad Imran who was picked by LQ last year but didnt get any game?

23 year old pacer named Mohammad Imran was the 2nd highest wicket taker in 2nd xi national T20 cup 2019.

Nah, that one is the SNGPL guy I believe. This one isn't around the domestic cricket scene.

Do they have any academy of sorts?

Do other psl teams have any academies?

For Lahore Qalandars you must have known by now of their players development program and if I am not wrong they have training facilities and other such things as well.

Quetta Gladiators they have their own cricket club and a team (Omar associates) and they also organize few tournaments.

Karachi Kings have their talent hunt programs but no academy or anything.

Peshawar Zalmi and IU also dont have academies of their own if I am not wrong.

The run up is spot on to the akhtar 2004 onwards.

But the jump and action is loooool!

Reminds me of Mohammed Akram. Great impersonation of Michael Holding’s run up, but as soon as he entered the delivery stride, the wheels fell off!
