Quetta have gone with a rookie who will play when either of Mohammad Hasnain or Naseem Shah are rested if not alongside him.

Another one from the Tape ball factory of Pakistan

Who is faster Haris Rauf or Karnal Zahid because Haris is well built supir fit pace bowler whereas Karnal Zahid is slim and injury prone.
Its not tape ball he needs to get super fit for a long run in PSL or int cricket :kohli

This guy doesn’t even look close to Harris. Looks to be a little under 140 kph

Tape ball travels much much faster through the air than a hard cricket ball. Tape ball gives absolutely no time to react, you have to have amazing reflexes while the hardball comes on much slower yet needs a better technique to play. Totally different kettle of fish. Takes a lot of adjustment. Zahid is lightening with the tape ball but the pace drops quite a bit with the hard ball. Still clocked over 90 mph in the trials.

Loved the 2nd wicket.

Beautiful delivery.

His bowling action could do with some work and work on his fitness.

Going from Tapeball to Hardball isn't easy. It will require a lot of dedication & proper coaching.

He will have to impress if he wants a domestic contract and potentially play for Pakistan.

Didnt get a single game for Quetta. Even though they have lost most of their games.
He clocked 92 mph in the same trials ihsanullah clocked 88mph.
Wanted to see if there is hardball potential.

Pretty dumb from Quetta. Surely they could’ve given him a chance ahead of the very poor Aimal. Ajmal has potential to improve but Zahid deserved a game in a dead rubber at least.

I haven’t seen Zahid.Don’t know if is a good bowler but QG could have selected him to play today.Sometimes a gamble works. Is Aimal Khan keeps getting chances,is he better than Zahid?
