I don't want to go off topic but that table shown by the OP makes me kinda sad.

Sad for Imran Nazir that he was just a talented player but could never achieve the consistency or temperament needed for international success. Unfortunately, he absolutely did not justify his talent at all...

Hope the upcoming players on the team learnt their lesson...

You can't judge players so early or on one performance . We need to see his FC record too of what he has achieved in last few years ?

I don't know, only read a thread on PP that he has arthritis. Depends on the type, rheumatoid arthritis (inflammation) is much more curable than osteoarthritis (degeneration).

If he takes DMARDS along with cox-2 inhibitors than he can play cricket if it's rheumatoid with RA antigen +ve or non detectable ? Or any type of cricket CURTAINS ?

DMARDs can have significant side-effects - fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain, liver damage etc. are amongst the common ones, and it can seriously hamper the career of an athlete, this is where a rheumatologist will have to examine the extent of his arthritis and how to design his treatment to ensure that the impact on his cricketing career is minimal, so it is a very difficult job.

A non-athletic person will respond better to these side-effects than these athletes, which is why such complications among athletes are more difficult to handle.

If the inflammation is chronic, than quite often surgery is required which has its own complications. Unfortunately there is no actual cure for the inflammation, it can only be reduced and stagnated.
