[VIDEOS] Playing Spin bowling: Which hand should be dominant?

Hello,

I have problem with playing spin is that I can't generate power in my shots. I have top hand grip and my bottom hand holds the bat very loosely. Although this works against fast bowlers but I feel it does not help me playing spin. Should I use tighter bottom hand against spin?

Need more info, are you struggling with certain shots in particular?

I am 30 but but my arms and shoulders are not strongly built (thats what I feel at least). I have just started playing hard ball cricket for the first time here in New Zealand (Earlier used to play tennis ball cricket in Pakistan).

Anyway I am good at driving balls to offside not matter spin or fast but when playing leg side power shots against spin, the bat turns in my hand to which I am starting blame my newly adopted top hand grip. Can that be the case?
