I am just loosing my mind is aqib becoming stupid why is he playing 3 fast bowlers when every one knows in asian conditions you always play 2 specialist spinners.

No. 280 was par score on this Wicket in my opinion. If Pakistan needed to be in the driving seat they needed 300. But they couldn't even score 280.
A 2nd specialist spinner might've brought in a wicket early alongside Abrar. But I don't think it would've been enough to defend 240.

They played around 70 balls each, and neither of them went on to score big. They then expected our last 3 remaining batsmen to come in and score 120+ of 80-90 balls.

Bro i heard from close journalist they asked rizwan why is he playing 3 fast bowlers he clearly said look at australia they always play 3 fast bowlers and win world tournaments no one tell them why are you not playing 2 spinners he also said pak is following australian formation is he really going Australian way?

Got to feel for our bowlers man, not often do they get a large total defend and they have to come in and score 30-40 runs just to get the team to a par score.

What a time it was when Pakistan was full of spin bowling all rounders. Even a guy like Malik would play games without delivering a ball.

The fact is that this win will always have an asterisk mark over it because if we were playing in Lahore where this match was supposed to be played originally and if Saim Ayub and Fakhar Zaman were not injured, then the outcome of this match could have been completely different. This is the reason why im not celebrating or trolling today because deep down there is a guilt and a realisation that how politics and luck played a factor in us winning this game which probably belonged to another group of fans. I’m a god fearing person.

This is a very old issue. Not just fans but I've even heard ex Cricketers say this. Our batters almost always underpeform in big events. They don't give any cushion to bowlers like other teams do and rarely do we see an exceptional batting performance to make up for a bad bowling day. E.g. 350+ chase v South Africa.

India bats till no.8. You can't shut them out like before. The depth allows India to manage top order collapses. Iyer, Axar, Pandya are terrific players against spin. you need scoreboard pressure
Why people keep bringing Ajmals name in he was proven chucker with corrected action he couldn't buy a wicket.

Today for a change i approached the match in the most light hearted manner. I enjoyed little passages of play but overall quality of the match was quite poor. Pakistan’s spin attack was non existent and Abrar had no support from the other end. It was a disgrace. Back in the day Lala, Hafeez as batting ARs bowled match winning spinning spells. Now only Abrar bhai lone warrior, no spinner on the other end. Bro whoever picked this team has to answer for this.
