He is very limited stroke player. He only does well in Tests because he has the luxury of blocking most balls so he can play strokes in his zone.

Plus being better than Asad, Younus, and Misbah is no big achievement.

Sorry I have no sympathy for Azhar regarding the Amir protest. In fact it made him look worse. Why? Because while he was condemning Amir , Azhar was at the same time training with his bro Salman at the NCA. They were pictured together and I don't believe Azhar has publicaly said one thing against his friend.

At least professor was consistent, his stance I can respect

I haven't seen any pictures of them training together? Even then it's not like it was in Azhar's control who comes to the NCA to train and if he is pictured alongside Butt it doesn't necessarily mean his stance wouldn't have been the same if Butt was being recalled instead of Amir this time last year.

There were hardly any direct quotes from Azhar when the matter of Amir's return popped up. You are just merely speculating that his stance on Butt wouldnt have been the same because he was pictured alongside him lol.

Hafeez actually gave full TV interviews where he made his view clear on the whole matter. Azhar didnt and therefore its unfair to call him a hypocrite until there are actual serious calls for Butt's return and Azhar doesnt take a stance.
