I know he's a divisive figure on these forums and people have mixed feelings about him. But say what you want about the man, nobody can doubt that he's an incredibly hard worker, is obsessed with cricket, has earned the respect and admiration of those he's worked with, and puts his head down and gets to work without seeking spotlight and media attention. The major problem in Pakistan circket right now is not selection, it's not coaching, it's talent. And that can only be rectified through domestic cricket. Nobody understands domestic cricket in Pakistan better than Misbah. He's passionate about the need for change, and I feel strongly that he could make a difference. He's a smart man, and exactly the type of person who should be overseeing the domestic structure. I'm confident with his leadership, we would start to see new talent emerge in the next 3-5 years that would be ready for international cricket and address our deficiencies. He's not going to make emotional decisions, he's very logical individual who will study the deficiencies and come up with some plans to fix the problems if he's given the resources and backing by PCB.
