The production team of sunset+vine apparently have majority indian technicians. He was referring to them. As in, they need to be in Lahore atleast 10 days before the event to make arrangements but no visa issue yet.

the biggest reason for the failure of the psl is the pcb. as usual. any group of people even with a half a brain cell between them would have had this tournament organised and packaged as a complete unit five years ago. in their showcase event, they are proving to the world how they cannot even maintain a consistent position on the culmination of the tournament? it almost makes you understand why there is so much corruption amongst the players.

This is PSL's need,Pakistan's need to have these people in Lahore to help with production of the final.The needs Pakistan's so they must arrange a way for quick visas. If Pakistan wants its won league's final to be held they must arrange the logistics,Indians arent the one here who are in any kind of desperation or asking for privledges.Big difference in what you are portraying and what the situation is.
