1. Famous Gabba Test match 2020

2. Lords Win 2021 where India bowled out England in 2 sessions to win a thriller.

3. Lords Win 2014 where Rahane made a stunning century and Ishant took 7fer.

4. Mohali test win vs Australia where Laxman guided India to 1 wicket victory

5. Chennai test win vs England 2008 where India chased 387 in 4th innings.

1) 2005 Ashes - 2nd Test (England won by 2 runs).

2) Pakistan's Chennai Test win in 1999. Classic match.

3) BD's Test win over Australia in 2017. It was a full-strength Aussie side if I remember correctly.

4) 2019 Headingly Test (Stokes played a blinder).

5) Sri Lanka's win in 2019 Durban Test. SL won by 1 wicket. They also whitewashed SA in SA (2-0).

Nope..it's 2001. Never ever you make such mistakes. That match was the landmark victory, just changed absolutely everything in Indian cricket. India were always seen as 5th-7th ranked team before that. After that win, they were always seen as top 3-4 teams.

I saw 2 days of the previous India-Australia game live in person in Eden Gardens. What a game. All top 6 of the Indian batting line-up made 50s. Everyone was magnificent, Siddhu and Tendulkar were awesome but Azhar was something else - unstoppable that day. The Ozzie bowling was sad though. No one but Warne.

Perth 2007 would possibly be #3 in the list. That was again an extraordinary win, Perth was regarded as the fastest pitch in the world and there was so much drama and controversy that happened in Sydney Test and beyond. It has to be a very very special test win.
