Sadly the security situation in different part of Pakistan , particularly Boluchistan and Sindh is deteriorating fast and the interior minister , Naqvi, has no clue what to do about that , he has been a total failure . And, he should not be thinking about anything else and should give 100% of his time and effort to save the lives of Pakistanis . At the same time he has stuck himself with this job as the chair of PCB. We all know, as in medical term, Pakistan cricket is in ICU and prognosis is quite grim . And , the "doctor" ( Naqvi ) treating it is not a qualified doctor and has no time for his dying patient as he is busy in multiple other jobs also.

Any other person , in Naqvi's situation , with a little bit of morality and integrity would have resigns from both of the jobs he is carrying ATM , or at least would have left the PCB job to concentrate 100% on the more important issue which is the security of his countrymen.

Hope I will hear some good news in this regard in coming days.

The loser loves the attention. Unless his own family members get slaughtered like these poor souls, he will enjoy the power

Of course he won't but not even a top tier administrator could manage both these jobs especially when you consider the situation in both areas.

It's a shame he has to be linked with politics because as a PCB chairman he is doing a great job. The most proactive and transparent chairman we have ever had. He is attacking all areas of our cricket. Hopefully he can remain for another 4 years atleast because PCB really needs continuity.

Really makes you wonder what was Ramiz doing in his tenure?

Very funny.

He's doing a good job as administrator of PCB but he is stretched too thin, one person cant do more than one job effectively, that too cabinet minister position. He needs to pick one and resign the other.

People blame poor results of the Pakistan team on PCB chairmen but the chairmen should be more focused on administration , not day to day cricketing matters. The performance and state of the team now are a result of cricket policy and structure which existed years back.

From his side, he needs to improve infrastructure, fix the domestic structure, make sure PSL and ICC trophies are organised and rights are sold. Cricketing decisions need to be taken by people with cricket experience

Yes he is attacking PCB with the likes of Shoriful and Nahid Rana.

I think the NOC rule for no more than two leagues should also apply to Naqvi

He needs to let go off the interior ministry.

Good job, what good job ?? Looks like he doesn't even possesses a basic knowledge of cricket and does a knee just reaction to every event which makes it worst . After Pakistan lost to USA and making an early exit from the world cup, he sacked Wahab Riaz and did nothing else . Then he made Waqar Younis all-in-all of Pakistan cricket but after defeat at the hand of BD, he changed Waqar Younis's role to a mentor of a domestic team. Guy doesn't know what he is doing.

Well he has outsourced 80% of his PCB chairman job to AI, so that’s pretty much off his plate now.

Yeah, you are right. He said that 80% role is of Computer's. This guy has very little knowledge of cricket systems that is why he is making unnecessary decisions like he did in case of waqar younis.

he should just let go of his post for some other competent guy, there has to be someone.

Defeat against BD was enough for him to say Bye Bye.

By then even US C team will beat us with ease. This Naqvi guy is all talk. He knows there is grouping in the team still he didn't do anything. He is not even that good actor to fool people.

Which ever chairman comes, he can't manage the lack of skills, attitude and game awareness anytime soon. This needs to be a work in action for years.

Why would he resign? He didn't come through a proper process and via election of the Chairman.

Ex-cricketers scared of raising their voices against Naqvi due to " matrtial law" currently imposed in Pakistan.
Not sure about that.. Ahmed Shehzad just went on a YouTube rampage against Naqvi. Butt has also criticized him on his channel..
